Low-side and high-side Smart Drivers

Here is a set of various smart drivers. All are protected against short-circuits, overtemp and have a freewheel diod included. Some of them have diagnosis. These smart power switches are driven by a logic command.

The advantages are that they includes all protections, some have diagnosis functions and there is many parts in a huge range of current.

Note that I'm a little overcautious with the dual or quad packages. The problem is that when a channel is in overtemperature limitation and the driver isn't disabled by software, the others parts in the module may also be in shutdown. It may be a problem according to Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA). Do no forget to take it into account when designing.

BUK127 and BSP452 may be used as general purpose output driver. They're especially cost-effective.
